The Problem

Unfortunately, many investors fall into the hands of property firms who either do not always act in the investors best interest, give financial advice beyond the scope of their licensing or expertise, or are not equipped with the education to provide them with good, strong property investments suited to their needs.

Too often we see the unfortunate results of selecting the wrong property and the financial strain this puts on investors, especially in trying times.

Examine Property is a research based property investment firm that assists the clients of financial industry professionals to educate themselves and make informed decisions that suit their financial situation.

We believe it is not the role of the real estate agent to determine whether investing in property is right for you. Our team work in conjunction with your trusted advisers to find property options that suit your pre-determined personal and financial goals and objectives.

The timing of the purchase is pivotal and can affect the short, medium and long term growth of your property portfolio. Many successful share traders study the property cycle to give them the buy and sell signals for shares, commodities and other assets.

Omar Moujalli

Director / Principal

Omar Moujalli is a founding partner of Examine Property providing old-fashioned service with a modern edge, geared toward exceeding his clients’ expectations.

Following a successful career in corporate accounting, working with high profile brands including Sara Lee and Dairy Farmers. Omar made the decision to bring his wealth of experience to the financial services industry.

Omar spent over 7 years in the finance sector having worked in both the finance and financial planning fields with NAB, American Express and his own boutique financial planning firm that assisted clients to become financially structured in the most efficient way for their individual circumstances. It was his approachable character and genuine loyalty that earned him a large referral base for his services.

His professional yet friendly approach, as well as attention to detail, determination, and genuine passion for the real estate market, ensures Omar is the ideal partner to assist your clients find an investment property which meets their requirements. Omar is committed to keeping up to date with the latest in leading technology, knowledge and systems available to the industry, and is enthusiastic about applying it all to his business.

Omar is a keen golfer, a motorcycle enthusiast and devoted father to his two beautiful children.

Mireille Salloum

Marketing & Design Consultant

Mireille’s background in design and architecture has been a great asset in the selection and review of quality floor plans based on the usability and ergonomics sought after by both owner occupiers and tenants.

While her skill set is diverse, she has always worked in user driven environments and applied this approach from interior architecture, through to UI/UX design, online marketing and conversion analytics. She now applies this research and analytics user driven approach to property.

Mireille loves helping people problem solve and takes pride in carefully listening to her clients needs and finding solutions to their pain points.

Outside of work, Mireille is very family orientated and enjoys the outdoors, sky diving, bungee jumping and motorbike riding.

Adel Alameddine

Adel started his career almost sixteen years’ ago, working for one of Australia’s largest insurance companies, AMP in the defined benefits superannuation section, before moving on to value reserves in the risk insurance arm of the business.

He recently moved into the property and real estate industry and has acquired a great passion for it. Adel thrives on being meticulous in his service of both his clients and colleagues at Examine.

Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle with his four kids and wife.

Mark Williams

Mark has over 20 years experience within the financial services industry (Actuarial & Information Technology Sectors) developing systems to support the Financial Planning Workforce (Norwich Union Life Australia/Aviva).

Coupled with his Property Development and Property Investment experience, he is a valuable addition to the Examine Property team, extending our property expertise to Financial Planners in Melbourne, Victoria.

Braedan Kidd

Braedan started in the real estate industry a decade ago leasing in Brisbane’s competitive inner city. During this time he has worked on a multitude of property investments spanning Residential and Retail Leasing, Property Management and Property Advisory. Braedan has developed a strong reputation for a realistic approach to property and is respected for his clear and concise communication, honesty and integrity.

A vibrant and progressive approach the property market saw Braedan shoot to the top of the industry working with clients ranging from some of Australia’s largest investors through to mum and dad investors.

In his spare time you will find Braedan shredding the mountain bike trails, ski slopes or lighting up the squash courts with his partner, Rachael.

Carol Moujalli

Finance & Operations Manager

Carol is responsible for the operational and financial wellbeing of Examine Property. Coming from a corporate background, Carol has an array of experience ranging from Sales, Finance and IT Project Management. With over 5 years Sales and Account Management at IBM working closely with both direct clients and their business partner channels, Carol was responsible for the development and delivery of significant sales incentive plans for a large business unit of over 120 sellers.

Prior to this, Carol worked on a number of IT projects including CRM implementation and Customer Support Management and takes great pride in managing and improving customer experience here at Examine Property.

Carol’s biggest achievement is being a fantastic mother to her two amazing children!
